AB 2172: Passed Assembly and Amendments for Competitions, Licensees
California legislative update: AB 2172, a bill working its way through Sacramento now, has hit two milestones: it has passed the Assembly vote with UNANIMOUS support (4/28), and as of this morning, our amendments to include homebrew competitions and expand authorized meeting places (such as craft beer bars), has been recorded. 2016 SCHF One Month Away!
The 25th Southern California Homebrewers Festival is less than one month away! The 2016 SCHF is April 29-30 at Vail Lake, California. Only 2016 CHA members can attend SCHF. You can register for SCHF under the “Members Only” section of the website. Registration cutoff is April 25th. There will be NO on-site registration at the festival! Our Bragging Rights Only…
