Festival Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for purchasing CHA event tickets, CHA Membership, and registration into The Southern California Homebrewers Festival (“Festival”):

ENTRY TO EVENT:
The Festival requires registration and is issued to one person over 21 years of age (“Holder”) for admission only to the Festival event (the “Event”).  The Holder must have VALID government issued ID: current driver’s license, military ID, or State ID. EXPIRED ID’s are NOT valid IDs.

ALL SALES FINAL/NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REPLACEMENTS:
All Events, prices, personalities, performances, venues, dates and times are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. Purchases through our website will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason whatsoever.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Festival Organizer accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for Event cancellation or interruption because of inclement weather or other acts beyond its control. Festival Organizer does not refund for cancellation due to inclement weather or other acts beyond its control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In return for being allowed entry to and to participate in any of the Festival events, Holder agrees not to sue for and to release the California Homebrewers Association, and its affiliates, divisions, sponsors, advertising agencies, owners, partners, officers, directors, independent contractors, employees, agents contractors, successors and assigns (collectively “Producers”) from, all present and future claims that may be made by Holder, Holder’s family, estate, heirs, or assigns, for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising as a result of Holder’s entry to and participation in the Event or while on the Event premises, whenever, wherever, or however, the same may occur even if caused by Producers’ ordinary negligence. Holder understands and agrees that Producers are not responsible for any injury or property damage arising out of the Event. Holder is voluntarily participating in the Event with full knowledge of the risks and danger involved and voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the Event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event. Holder voluntarily agrees that Festival Organizer, Producers, and their respective officers, directors, owners, affiliates, employees and agents acting by and through them, are expressly released by Holder from any claim incidental to the Event.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER:
No one under the age of 21 (including children in strollers accompanied by their parents), will be admitted to Festival Events. Please bring valid government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport for proof of age.

MUST BE MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING
The Festival is for California Homebrewers Association members only. Only members in good standing will be permitted to purchase registrations to the Festival. No exceptions.

SERVICE ANIMALS
No pets are allowed into the Festival with the exception of service animals.

RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, VOICE, IMAGE AND LIKENESS:
Holder understands that the Event may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. By purchasing this registration and participating in the Event, Holder grants Producers the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license, free of charge, to publish, print, display, record and use (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device) the Holder’s name, voice, image and likeness while at the Festival and Event (the “Recordings”), and use such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION OF PRODUCTS:
As responsible members of the community, Festival Organizer recognizes the concern about drinking and driving, and its policy is to encourage responsible consumption of products at the Festival.

WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY

Any personal information you provide to us will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals, and we will do our best to protect that information.

Due to the dynamic nature of our store, we may track certain user interactions. By logging into the website, you are notifying us that you are actively viewing our webpages. We may use cookies to help track your sessions, but only to improve the overall experience on our site. We may also collect data in order to troubleshoot technical issues, or to help improve your overall experience. We may also collect data in the aggregate in order to help improve the site. This information also will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals.

Currently we do not use cookies and do not track user interactions.

This site contains links to external internet sites, such as those of the AHA and our sponsors and vendors. We are not responsible for the content of these external internet sites. Please contact us if you believe the content of the CHA website or the external internet sites is inappropriate.

REMEMBER THE RISKS WHEN YOU USE THE INTERNET

While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and other account information.

When you make purchases, your credit card information is collected and sent to our gateway processor via a secure connection. CHA does not collect or store your credit card information.

Other Internet sites or services that may be accessible through our website have their own data and privacy practices, and therefore we cannot take any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions. Please contact those vendors directly if you have any questions about their privacy policies.
