New Club?

Any new clubs that wish to serve homebrew and have a booth at the SCHF is required to submit this form as a formal request for participation. The CHA Board of Directors will review the request and advise each club of booth availability. Please read and be familiar with the rules and requirements of all clubs that serve at the SCHF here.
